With over a decade of experience as a Learning and Development Consultant, Tawny Stephen specializes in instructional designing and launching leadership development programs, coaching solutions, and comprehensive training initiatives. Her portfolio showcases a proven track record of delivering high-impact learning solutions to global clients, focusing on leadership development and talent management. She excels in collaborating with senior stakeholders, developing KPIs, and implementing evaluation plans to demonstrate ROI.

 

Her accomplishments include the successful launch of a 10-week Leadership Challenge with 16 learning modules, authoring 2 internationally distributed books, creating EDFLIX on-demand training and leading teams to secure multi-million-dollar contracts.
